This is a tricky subject. Usually the Explanation of Benefits will have something on it about taking blood tests, but often there is simply a contract code to tell the insurance company what the doctor did and how to pay. This is often not written in plain English, so you may get lucky. |

~~No they do not show anything but lab work. Even if they showed codes, she would have no way of finding out what they refer to. If you are a minor then she could possible call your Doctor's office and request what tests were performed. If you are over 18, then by law they can not give her that information either.~~ |
