If the complaint has been filed, you can search by the name of the plaintiff or defendant. The lawyers name will be listed.
Some searches are online for free, but if it isn't you can got to the courthouse and search. |

Law suits (not suites) are filed at the local courthouse within the jurisdiction where either party lives. The public can see these filings by requesting to see them in person (depending on local laws). If one or both parties has or have representation (lawyers), their name and contact information will be included. |
