Get a job - do yourself, your children and society a favor.
Also, you use the word "my" incorrectly - someone else had be away from their children...go to work...pay taxes...just so you can do nothing with your life and worry about whether the welfare given to you will be taken away. It isnt YOURS |

I hope so!! Jesus Christ.. that shouldn't even be a question regardless of the answer. You live in America not Rwanda. I see disabled people working and assuming you aren't a quadrapalagic there is probable something of value you could be contributing to society and receiving a wage for it. Not only that, if you are getting married, doesn't the guy or person you are marrying have a job? |

I also think that you are terrible if you are trying to do the right thing then OK, but like others said why are you letting all the hard working American support your family why did you have the kids or if you don't have kids whats wrong with getting a job like everybody else so that way you can see how much taxes are taken out to support people like you I'm sorry but if you are a Freeloader I think you should do something for your self like GET A JOB JOB JOB JOB JOB I know the word is scary but stop the growing of freeloaders with yourself first. |

I think it's sad that you might consider not getting married to someone just so the state can continue to support you rather than you supporting yourself. You know, i struggle to pay my bills just like mose americans and you know what we're told? We make too much money for state assistance! |

Probably, so best not to get married. Maybe pop out 20 or 30 bastards, have them go on welfare too. |

yes what ever payments you receive are based on the income of the people living in your household regardless if you are married but avoiding this can of thing will always come back to you . you dont need a guy . I am assuming you probably most likely have kids do what is best for your kids if it does not work out and you loose your benefits because you let some guy move in it could be a big hassle to re apply for those benefits and take time . also if your new spouse to be does not make much money you could still receive some of the benefits but legally you are married and there is more obligations and ramifications than just loosing benfits when you marry so give these some thoughts but mostly if you have kids think of them . |

Depends on your and your spouses combined income and how many dependents you and your spouse have living in your household. You should talk to your case worker. |

It will depend on the number of people in your new household, and the new household income. |

You people are harsh!. I have medicad, and food stamps. I work only two days a week making minimum wage and thats all I could find. I dont know what kind of jobs you all have but I'm not set for life!. taxes are taken out of my measly paychecks just like your's. I'm having a child and there is no way in hell I could pay health care costs plus food stamps, its just impossible. People have children everyday and every woman with kids in their lifetime received some type government assistance before, unless they have money growing out of their asses! |
