Only the people on your insurance are covered. So, no she wouldn't be. |

What kind of insurance do you have.? It depends on that factor. I would suggest you contact your insurance company and talk to them. |

I think it depends on the state. In NY you have to be on the policy as an insured driver. Just double check your policy. |

If she uses the car more than twelve times a year, then she needs to be put on your insurance. I found that out the hard way! |

From what I know, you have to add your mom to your insurance. In different states there are different rules so not too sure about it. |

If you have her in your insurence then yes she is if she isn't then no. If your in the car with her she is. If your not in the car with her then no. I find it nice and sweet that you are concerned about that not many people are including my agent!! |

If she's not a household member, and she's going to be operating the vehicle regularly (usually more than once a month), you should add her to your policy. If she's going to take the car and use it all the time, you ALSO need to change the garaging address for the car, to HER address.
But it shouldn't be a big deal, if she's got a decent driving record and is under 70. Yes, you can add her as an operator to your policy. |

She is not automatically insured unless you have an uninsured motorist clause. Why don't you call up your agent. Make him work for that slice of your insurance pie!! |
