Neva'eh,
In which state do you live?
We think that we may be able to give you some good information, but we must know the state where you live. (We believe you live in the US because of your reference to "high school" -- a uniquely US term.)
Many of the US states now have special programs which have been created to help those like you. In addition, there are many charities that may be available for your consideration, depending on where you live.
So please re-post with this important fact.
Hope this helps. |

all you can do is go to department of social services and they have the answer you need! then go to wic program to get milk, cheese, and eggs. to eat well for your baby and you! god bless and take care of your self and your gift of joy inside of you! |

Get in touch with a social worker in your community. He or she will get you on track to all the services available in your community. You can continue school on line. There is so much help out there for you. Good luck. |

Check with the local welfare office, You might be eligible for medicaid, and the baby will probably be eligible for CHIPS once he or she is born.
You might be covered through your parent's policy if they have one. If they don't know about the baby, you might as well go ahead and tell them - they'll have to know sometime, and you might be surprised at how supportive they might be.
Good luck. You're going to need it. |

Look into WIC (Women in Crisis). It may require you to leave the baby's birth certificate blank (on the father's side), but you CAN get assistance through them...it will help to pay for diapers and some foods, I think.

Contact these people. They should be able to tell you if you are eligible for state insurance (probably your best bet), or if they offer ins., etc.
Good luck! |

In the state of Va, we have a govt program called medicaid but in order to get medicaid you must also be enrolled in some other govt programs. they would also put you on assistance with food stamps and WIC |

You haven't mentioned anything about the daddy. If you cannot get health ins for the baby, he would be responsible. If he does not, or cannot get it, you would need to visit your job and family services department to see if you and the baby qualify for free state medical. ONE WORD OF WARNING, Quit jumping from state to state. Figure out what state you want to help you then STAY THERE. They frown on moving from one to the other...and it can jeopardize your benefits. And again....where is the daddy??? Get that child support oder on file when the baby gets here. |
