Yes they all can get a portion just divide the 100% by 3 and they all get 33.33% each.Just make sure you very specific on beneficiary sheet as to who gets what. |

If your kids are still kids, not adults, then this is a problem. Generally if a parent leaves money to minors through life insurance, the money will be all gone by the time fighting with the insurance company is finished. You would do better to choose an adult relative who you know you can trust to put in charge.
Once they are adults, then you can make a will to split this money any way you want or you can just list all three on the policy as equal beneficiaries. Names and such don't matter. As long as you are not married, you can leave insurance to whomever you wish. If you are married, a spouse is automatically entitled to some if not all, unless he signs away his rights. |

If you leave it to kids (say, 1/3 share to each) the GUARDIAN of each child will get the access to the money.
