it depends on a number of factors, if you are in the USA you can fill a single form here http://gsx1.com/InsuranceComparison.html and they'll compare a few insurance companies. They'll then produce various results with different pricing for you to choose from, there's nothing to pay, hope it helps cheers.

Car insurance? Probably about 3000 a year even on a super crappy car. Under your parents is way cheaper.

That all depends on your deductibles. and who you get it with. There is no average figure. what kind? health or car? It's all too much if you ask me.

You should probably get a part time job...then you can get cheaper medical benefits...usually you can get coverage for like $400 or $500/month...i think it is called cobra or something...i am not sure if 16 year old's qualify though...it is cheaper to get a job...i am 24 and pay about $100/month for it and i have 100% coverage w/a small copay.

Since there is no average policy there is no average price. The premium will depend upon the part of the country you are in, your height and weight, any health conditions, the deductible and many other factors. The premium for the plans in my area for you would cost between $21 and $209 per month. Most people will pay from $80 to $120 per month.
You'll want to visit a local independent agent. This person knows the market in your area and can find the best plan available for your situation and budget. The plans and premium are the same whether you use the agent or buy directly from a company.
Do not try to do this over the internet. It'll take you several days to intelligently compare all the plans available. Also, if you have any pre-existing conditions that might add a rider to the policy or cause you to be declined or if you are out of the height and weight guidelines you won't know until you've applied and gone through the underwriting process.
