I didn't hear all the evidence, so my opinion on this case really isn't valid.
But it does surprise me that being stoned and pissed when looking after a small child isn't viewed as being negligent in itself.
Letting a dangerous dog into the house does seem to me like recklessness to the point of criminality. |

Yes, after today it looks like you can, allow a dog that is
1. You are not surpose to have in the uk anyway and
2. Was not allowed in the house when the little girl was there.
What was she thinking, or was she that pasted it that she was not thinking at all? |
