No where I live.. In fact they use to give you 3 months to pay in full incase you need help..now they only give you 30 days and they shut you off without warning. Might be time to pawn that computer your own to pay the bills.

None that I'm aware of. But some states do have programs that will pay energy costs for low-income customers who use electric heat. It would help if we knew what state you live in.
