Since you were in violation of your policy and your claim denied because of this, you really don't have any options with regards to your insurance. Have you thought about going after the excluded driver. Does he have coverage on another car that might extend to yours? You might have to sue the driver for the cost of the car.

What dopes is suggesting constitutes insurance fraud for which you can go to prison, then you wouldn't have to worry about paying car payments would you.
Plus some insurance companies have to see the vehicle before they insure it (notice I said some companies).
Seriously though unless you commit fraud your fucked. |

keep up your good credit, then I most say you will have to pay

That's why you should have insurance...
Some countries have a 'pot' That will cover some of the cost.. Because the previous driver was excluded.. Alternatively, you could take the other driver to court..
Or if you haven't done so already (but you have) Try a different insurance company, register your car, insure it, and THEN report it totalled ;-) |
