Hello,
(ANS) No.1 As far as I understand this, mobile phones are NOT covered by your normal house hold contents insurance. Why? because they are used off the premises so the policy wouldn't cover them anyway.
No.2 If you have a mobile phone that is purchased or used under a contract agreement with the network provider then sometimes such contracts also include phone insurance as a part of the agreement. You would have to check the contracts small print or terms & conditions.
No.3 Sadly if your NOT insured in any way then there is little or nothing you can do, apart from a) contact the police to let them know and b) contact your network provider as they can put an immediate stop of the phone being used in future (at least that specific number).
No.4 Learn from this experience, & it future make sure you purchase separate independent mobile phone insurance that specifically covers theft & replacement hand set.

If you have insurance, like a house insurance, which includes covers for equipment like phones (I know my one does) or even better, a mobile insurance.
If you don't have either of them, then you'll get no claims an have to buy a new one.
Was the phone expensive? I really feel for you, but then again, what do you expect in a club. |

Oh no! Have you tried ringing it?
If you have phone insurance, report it to the police, get a crime number and then call your service provider and tell them. They should send you a new phone free of charge, and they should also block your stolen phone.
No insurance = you have to pay for a new phone I'm afraid.

Call your phone company and see if your phone has GPS tracking. Most phone's nowadays do. If not, have them shut off your phone. And maybe put an add in the paper describing your phone and make sure you are offering a reward, I am sure someone would bite. And after you have tried that, you might want to just cut your losses and buy a new one. |

first of turn of your service and ask your phone company what to do ifs its prepaid your pretty much screwed maybe try calling it and see if anyone answers and try and bribe them then if they come to collect any money beat them with a bat jk call the police |

learn to spell at night instead of clubbing, seriously call your service provider and they will send you a sim with the same number that you had and stop you old one |
