My partner of nine years past away while using a drug called ketamine. He never used drugs before but decided to experiment. I am wondering if I am going to have a problem collecting on the life insurance. I checked the policies and the only exception is "your suicide sane or insane within two years from the date of issue is a risk not covered" He has had the policies for almost five years and no where in the policies does it say anything about drugs or illegal activity. I had my insurance agent read over the policies and he said I would have no problem collecting but I wanted to get other opinions.
