Messed up driving record really bad!!!!!!!!!?
Hi everyone in the past year I got into a accedent once, had over 12 police tickets, such as running red lights, etc etc. Had my license suspended 4-5 times. I also had a insurance company cancell on me for non-payment since they were asking 900 a month from me. Its really bad, How long does it take for all this to be gone and i can get insured again? i want to start driving again asap. But regarding the 12 police ticket's I still havent paid them yet and my license is still suspended. Is there anyway i can take it to court and battle it out say im a student etc?? 8 of those police ticket was giving to be my by this dirty cop that pinned me for everything even small things like having a chrome plate around my license plate.

The first thing you need to do is get your license back and I have no idea how long that might take you. You will probably need to hire an attorney. With 12 tickets, it is not going to be easy. You will likely be without driving privileges for several more years.

If you haven't paid the tickets yet, there is virtually no way you're going to get your license back. As long as that stuff is sitting there on your record, you can't drive.

If you do drive and get caught, you are likely to add more years to the amount of time that your license is suspended.

I would strongly suggest you voluntarily take a safe driving course or whatever type of course your court recommends. You don't seem to understand the responsibility that comes with driving a vehicle and I fear for your life as well as the lives of the people that live in your town until you get it.

As for insurance, you will pay a high premium when you do get your license and the courts will very likely make you prove that you have insurance before they allow you to get your license. However, you are paying the price for things that you did so suck it up and be responsible and pay the piper. No one did this to you. You did it to yourself.

What, you want to tell a judge, I'm a kid and not responsible, so please let me drive and keep doing this stuff?? Are you waiting until you KILL someone before you change your ways?

Honey, give up on the license for now. Wait five years, try again. Meanwhile, get a bus pass and a bicycle.

first i would call the court and find out if there are any warrants for your arrest. not paying the tickets usually means the court will issue a warrant.call them, find this out and make arrangements for all of the tickets to pay them. set up a payment plan, or else this will snowball. my son got caught up in this mess and spent 30 days in jail over traffic bullsh##. follow up with the court with whatever you agree to, if you cant meet the agreement, call and talk to the judge. the one thing they dont like is you not staying in touch or not paying. it is all about money.

you MAY be able to get a judge to allow you a waiver to drive only to school. I've heard of them doing it for work. But if you ar stopped.. and with your driving record, your lic tag number is etched in every police cruiser's dashboard... you had better have a copy of your class schedule printed out BY your school.

the odds of you getting insurance IF this were to happen, if all the planets were aligned in your favor?????

Be prepared to sell a kidney on the black market to pay for the insurance!!!!! Kidding, just kidding... But the price would be out of sight!!!

You were having a problem with $900/mo.. now you have an additional whammy of a lapse in coverage.

You have 5 years for all of it drop off your record, BUT an insurance company can look at it and use it for underwriting purposes for up to 7 yrs. they can think about it.

You need Lance Armstrong for a hero for a while.. Buy a bike.

well depending on where you live you can contest i ticket i did once when a cop gave me a speeding ticket while i was on the way to the er with a sick child but there is a limitation to how long you can contest them to that info should be on the back of the ticket there are also lawyers who do driving or traffic law if you get with one of them they might be able to get you off for less money and you might be able to get your license back after paying off the fine and going to traffic school but the lawyer would be the one who would be able to get you the right info and work it out i would say a week and you would know what to do

bilsen.gamze
well u r really bad at driving and i think u can't get any license no more cuz u got a lot of tickets, so u r not going to sit in that drivers seat no more! by the way, is that u on the picture, cauz it is hot!
