~~I have learned one thing with social security. It's imperative to go in to your local office and talk directly with someone, explain the hardship it is creating and ask them to expedite this. If you do anything over the phone it won't help at all. You can call and make an appointment, but get in right away. If you don't you will be lost in the paperwork nightmare. If you are there in person, you get much faster action to your problem. I'm so sorry for your family's loss, I hope this at least can be cleared up quickly.~~ |
