If she enrolls full time in college or an acredited trade school in the fall, and you can still claim her as a dependent on your taxes, it will be until she gets too old - which varies from plan to plan, but is usually 22 or 23. As long as she's a full time student, and a dependent.
If she's not going to college, the last day of the month in which she graduated from High School. Although it might take the company a while to figure it out. Meanwhile, if she does have any claims paid after she's not eligible for coverage, they'll come back to the plan subscriber (you?) looking for repayment. |

Consult your plan. Provisions differ. |

All insurance plans are different. All state regulations regarding insurance are different. We have no way of knowing what your particular coverage includes.
Is there an 800 number on the back of your insurance card? Call them and ask them this question. They're the only ones who can give you the right answer. |

Depends on if she's going to college. Most plans will let you keep her on until she's 19 if she's not going to school, or only going part time.
If she's a full time student, then I think it's until 25 or graduation, whatever's first |

If she's a full time student, then either 23 or 25 - depending on what your employer allows. If she's not a full time student, then she'll be kicked off the plan no longer than 30 days after her 19th birthday. (Some plans, it's 30 days after the 18th birthday, some it's the end of the calendar year after they turn 18... You'd really need to check your plan specifics.) |

22 if she goes to college, 19 if not. |
