They can reinstate if they want to - the question is, do they want to. Likely, they'd need you to pay the rest of the premium until expiration, and request a no-loss letter.
Companies are less likely to reinstate, if you're chronically late paying your premium. That habitual lateness makes you a high maintenance customer - even without claims, it costs more money to maintain your account. They might not want to.

most companies will reinstate with a signed no loss form and payment to catch you up. since this is the 3rd time, they may not, due to your payment history. call your agent and have them call the company for you and find out. |

All I can say is contact your insurance agent. If you cant do that or they dont know contact customer service direct at your insurance company and ask them. They want to make money so they should reinstate it. |

Yes they can, you will probably have to pay other fees to get this reinstalled. This happened to me last month and I had to pay the extra fees (close to $130) to get this re-started again, the DMV will probably call you too for have you bring in a verification for "proof of insurance" on your vehicle. |

find your reciepts of the canceled checks, verify the dates of cancellation, if they are out of whack in timing, change your insurance co, other than that call your agent to re-instate your policy, the companies are not very fond of late payments especially three times in a row. they may have a hard time re-accepting your case, you`ll have to prove your sincerity to the adjusters--goodluck |

They can, but they don't have to. Come on, 3 late payments? IF they reinstate, they will likely have a clause that another late payment will be subject to instant cancellation, no reinstatement, no new policy, no dealing with you ever again, OR reinstatement with full payment to end of term only. More than likely they will say no, and you will have to shop for a new policy, and pay in full to the new company. Good luck, and learn to take care of important payments responsibly. |
