Need emergency surgery have no insurance. How can I get a loan?

~~I think he should call a county hospital or your local health department for help in finding a hospital and doctor for someone with financial hardship. I pray there is something available in every state-that is one thing every citizen in this country should have a right too. There has to be some kind of hospital who can set up payment plans for him. His condition sounds severe and I would try every consumer service in the phone book (under county and state) for help. I wish him the best of luck!~~

I would suggest getting a ticket to Durham NC and go to Duke Medical Center's Emergency Department.
Duke is number one in nation and also a "learning" school as well as a community hospital organization - which mean - You have the right to be seen even if you do not have the money to pay and also you have the right for appropriate medical attention even if you have no money or are not insured.
Enter into the emergency department - and where ever the durgery needs to take place- say "it hurts" there -
They will of course do all necessary test - and let them do this - they have very advanced testing and proceedures.
