There isn't one best company - because not all companies write insurance in all states. If you're under 40, you can expect to pay about $300 a month for health insurance - that's reasonable.
Go to a local, independent agent, and have them get you a few quotes, and go over the coverages with them, and pick that way. |

It's really impossible to answer your question without a location. The companies and plans vary by state and even by county, so there's just no way to make a blanket statement about which one is "best" for you.
Keep in mind, though -- most plans are based on networks. If there isn't a good local network, the plan isn't a good fit at any price. |

I am sorry, but there is no "best company" one size fits all. That is why I am an independent agent and represent many companies.
I highly suggest you contact a couple of independent agents in your area and get some quotes. They can help you find the right company for your insurance needs. |

There many Health insurance providers.
*Some of them take good care of doctors and hospital so obviously most medical center prefer them as well as Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
*Some others are mainly designed to be less costly for the insured’s and of ‘course they do not take good care of the doctors and hospitals, that makes them less likely by those who work in Health industry. They are companies like Aetna and Health Net.
* If you are looking for a great coverage with reasonable monthly premium. The plan I would strongly recommend is Tonik Calculated risk With Blue Cross. This plan is great in case of coverage with very low Out of pocket max and it actually provides some basic Dental and vision coverage as well as health. |

What is your location?
I am assuming you are talking about drug and dental plans.
Different plans offer different benefits, have different strengths depending on your needs. There may be companies that have "the best coverage" but is a bit higher in premium so you have to figure if the coverages are what you value. Most drug dental plans include other benefits that you may or may not want at a lower or higher amount.

We have Blue Cross Blue Shield, and it's excellent. We've had others over the years (different companies offered different options), we like BCBS the best. If you're looking for private health insurance, check with your local hospitals and see what they accept, you don't want to get health insurance, and then not be able to use it when/where you need it the most.
