Do you qualify for Medicaid? Medicaid will pay for any medical treatments. I also have lower back problems and found it to be a couple ruptured disks, I also have no insurance, but do not qualify for aid. I wear a back brace at times, one that you can put an ice pack in or a heat pack. It works great. Also, my doctor gave me a prescription of meds to take when it hits. Usually only one or two pills will reduce the inflammation to make it bearable, and I have the pills to use as I need. One word of experience knowledge, when you do apply for a job, don't tell them you have back problems, you will never get the job! Good luck, it's one of the worst pains to have, hang in there. |

Sorry to hear that! I too suffered for more than 15 years from lower back pains and last year I lost sensation in my left leg - - knee to feet - Doctors diagnosed slipped disc and advised immediate surgery to avoid further damage to the nervous system. Today, I have fully recovered - though the numbness in my left feet still persists. The total cost including a 15 day stay in the hospital was around $2000. This is in India.
I understand it is impossible to get treated without insurance in your country. India has some very good hospitals and the treatment cost is extremely low. I suggest u think over, consult ur spouse / parents / relatives / friends and decide about the treatment to be taken. For, lower back pain will not go away, but will only lead to further complications.
All the best and take care pls..... |

Go to the doctor, or live with the pain. Those are the only options.
Have you tried getting medicaid? That may help pay the medical bills. |

Sorry to hear about your back pain, I do understand how bad that is. For years doctors gave me medication that kept me almost in a zombie state.
I went to work for a local tire dealership, and my boss said his brother was a Chiropractor and that I should see him. I thought, yeah sure! To make a long story short, that was 20 years ago, and I only go once or twice a year now. I pay 35 bucks a time, worth every penny!
If you find a good Chiropractor, they are great! |
