Rather than go to the hospital where it's $250 to walk in the door, why don't you see if there's a local urgent care clinic, where it's usually $75 to walk in the door.
If it's really Bronchitis, you probably need an antibiotic, which you can't get OTC.
If you're coughing for more than five days, OR you're an asthmatic or are wheezing, you should see the doctor. |

wow...a guy gives you a link to car insurance.....anyway, i wouldn't screw around with bronchitis. Pretty much anything with any kinda power has been pulled of shelves because people abuse it. Your probably going to need to go to a doctor and have something with power perscribed to feel any kind of change. |

Many cities have local health clinics that will treat you for free.
If you want to try some of those teas and herbs the other poster posted you can find some of them at the 99 cent store.

You'd better go see a doctor before you wind up with something more serious. An urgent care clinic is your best bet. |

One of the best remedies that I have found is to take a Diakon Radish, (Long White looks like a large carrot) Slice it very thinly and then place honey over it it, let it set for 30 minutes and then drink a couple of tablespoons of the watery liquid that is left behind. It works great to open up your bronchials. Good Luck. |

Constantly take cough drops, drink orange juice, and most importantly, SLEEP.
If you can sleep for pretty much an entire day, I can almost guarantee you'll feel much better.
If it doesn't get better in 3 days, then go see a doctor. |

if you write the hosptial a letter explaining that you cant afford it they may wave your bill. I had a 5000 dollar bill and they waved it for me becasue there are agencies out there who pay poor peoples bills for a tax write off. |

Well, first, I hope you vote for Obama because he is going to try and help people like you thank goodness. If you have bronchitis it is probably worth it to at least go to a walk in clinic and get some antibiotics. On your computer, search walk in clinics in your area. If your bronchitis gets bad and untreated, you may be dealing with hospital bills with will be much worse.
If you are at the beginning of your illness, you can try some over the counter stuff and take lots of vitamin C. but if it is hard core just get it cleared up with antibiotics asap. |
