What should I say is my weakness for a job interview question. If its a job with a company that in business for doing property and personal insurance to business and individuals. This is claim job.
Tell them when there is a strength there's a weakness, and your biggest weakness is........ remember don't say anything like "i'm a perfectionist or I'm overly meticulous". Millions of people have already used this, and it'll seem like you don't have any self awareness.
This is what I say and it works for me:
"My biggest weakness is I tend to care too much about how people look at me. Their opinions of me means too much that whenever there's a negative comment, I pay extra attention to it."

My biggest weakness is I hate filing, and I tend to put it off as long as I can.
Pick something personal to you, but not a dealkiller.

One successful manager told me his weakness was spelling and that is why you will never receive a hand written note from him. Thank god for spell check. It seem to work for him. I don't think most interviewers expect you to tell them something really self incriminating.
I would say something like - i get frustrated when I have to spend time doing something that should be automated.
