Call the pharmisutical companies, they will help u, they all have programs to supplies drugs to people in need of assistance
I know because i have something i take daily and they always made sure i had it, you can find out more by talking to the drug store, they have information about it or calling your doctor, he will also know.. try that and good luck |

Many rehabs receive state funding for people in your position. However, the rehabs will not use that money that is earmarked as such unless the person is absolutely serious about being commited to the program. You need to call and explain your situation about lack of insurance and ask if there are any available beds. They will ask you to call back each day at a certain time to check. And you MUST call back each and every day as asked. That is how they will determine your intent. If you miss even ONE day calling in, no matter what your excuse is, you will not be given this opportunity. Period. When you fail to call in, it's a test, and they assume that you are not serious, (that you are in fact probably out using somewhere) and they won't let you in to fill that highly coveted spot that is state funded. The dollars that come in from the state are few, and they are not about to waste them on someone who is not serious about beating their addiction. Best of luck to you and start calling today. Recognizing that you have a problem is indeed the first step. I wish you much success on this very difficult road. But the prospect of living life without drugs is a beautiful life indeed. Go for it. |
