State Farm. They have 24 hour service available after agent's offices close and based upon stories I've heard (I have no first hand knowledge) Geico does a poor job on advising their clients about insurance. By this I mean that they tend to sell low coverage limits in order to keep premiums low without warning their clients about the risk of carrying low limits of liability.
In my experience, most State Farm Agents are passionate about educating their clients about the importance of insurance.

State Farm is what I use. I pretty much have all my insurance through them as well as a credit card through state farm bank (which gives me a 3% discount on insurance on top of my 5% multi-line discount).
I am sure different agents provide different levels of service, but in my experience, State Farm has done well.
