Should the attorney cleint privilege keep lawyers from announcing their client's plans to kill another person?
It doesn't nor does the code that a therapist takes keep them from disclosing a client who intends to hard themself or someone else.
Howdy Y'all
I think an attorney is allowed to break the privilege if his client tells him he intends to commit a crime. If the crime is already done, the privilege is not to be broken.

NO!!! The attorney has knowledge of a crime. It is legally and morally unethical for that attorney to withhold the information.

NO, they are also officers of the court, and of course, dont want to be accessories to the crime or to be considered collaborators.

No. If an attorney knows that his client is about to commit a capital offense, he is obligate to report it or else be considered an accessory after the fact.
