how much i hate the idea of the draft, i still stay no. if this country gets into something that it starts to lose, or we get invaded, everyone needs to fight to protect it. I don't care what any anti american americans say, I promise you if a war breaks out and we lose, they will be begging for it all back. |

You can't just declare something unconstitutional just because you don't like it. It's not unconstitutional. The Constitution makes adequate provision for a well-armed militia. |

Thank our Founding Fathers you can't make something "unconstitutional" just because you don't like it. I know I wouldn't want to risk my life fighting with a bunch of skulking draftees. Draftees have been unreliable soldiers since day one. Bottom line is... I guess in war you sometimes just need "cannon fodder".
