Your CAR window? No, only if the employer CAUSED it, like dropping a load of something onto your car.
Just like, if I park my car at your house, and someone steals it, should YOU have to pay me for it? Of course not!
File a claim under your own policy, if you have comprehensive coverage, that covers the glass. |

On your car window? Unfortunately your company are not liable for damage, particularly if they have a disclaimer in the car park. you can not be held liable for property damage but you cannot opt out of injury. Approach your bosses and say but ultimately there is no legal obligation, they may feel morally obliged for you. If you have comprehensive car insurance they will pay for Windscreen and side windows. Doesn't usually effect your bonus but check with the insurer before proceeding. They will send a windscreen repair company to you. It will have to one of their approved ones. you will have an excess to pay so make sure the damage exceeds the excess. if it doesn't pay the repairer direct. They are usually competitive. |

Nope that's your insurance problem that's why you pay insurance for but if you don't have full coverage you can ask your company to see if they can help you pay for a new window. |

Broke what window? The window to your office? Or a window on your car?
If it's the office window, of course they'd pay for that.
If it's your car window then they are not liable unless gross negligence is involved on your employer's part. That would be highly unlikely in a case of simple theft or vandalism. |
