They do disturb at all times and they are annoying too. First ask them who they are, their name, organisation, their reason for calling........How they got your phone number.
Never reveal your details at any cost.
Next tell them that you are very busy and you dont like their promotional offer, and request them not to disturb you again.
Then note their number and give the name as spam call to the contacts. So next time they call you up, it appears as spam call in the caller id, you will know not to answer such calls and immediately terminate the ringing call.
