USAA Life Insurance/Drug testing?
Does anyone know if USAA performs a drug test on urine for life insurance during a medical exam? If so, what drugs are they testing for? Additional Details What happens if you test positive for THC?
It depends on the type of policy but generally for any medically underwritten policy...they will test you for illegal drugs. All of them. If you test positive for any of them... you will be rejected and the info will be sent to M.I.B.

If you use occasionally, there are companies that will offer you quality coverage without forcing you to lie on the application. Getting caught in the underwriting process should be the least of your worries. You should worry about thinking you have insurance to protect your family until they investigate your death.
Find an independent insurance broker who can help you find a company to fit your risk.
