Depends on whether the child is a full time student (college). If she is, then she can stay on your health coverage until 22 or 23 years old (depends on the health plan). The information should be in your health plan documents and if you can't find it, contact your health plan for a copy.

every ins co has different rules, you have to call your and find out!

There's no way to answer your question. It depends on whether you're talking about a group plan, or an individual plan; whether your daughter is a full-time student or not; what state you reside in (because some states require that a group plan extend it to a specified age, while others allow it to be negotiated for each group plan.)

Ultimately, you're just going to have to ask your health insurance provider.

If she is a full time student most insurance companies allow to age 25. They usually require a letter or proof of full time enrollment from the school. Check with your insurance company, they will let you know what you need to do or what can qualify your daughter for coverage. Good Luck!

Depends on how your policy is written. Standardly, a dependent child can be covered until age 19. Extend that to age 23 if the child is a full-time student and still dependent upon you - meaning you can claim her for tax purposes. Every plan is different, though, so you'll have to check with your insurance company to find out how your plan works.

That age varies from policy to policy. (There's not even a universal age for any one particular insurer...employer groups negotiate that into their contract.)

Typically, it would be up to the age of 19. With full time student status, typically up to the age of either 23 or 25. But again, the "average" isn't particularly relevant in your case...you need to contact your insurer to find out what's specific to your policy. (Or ask your HR/benefits office at work.)

Also, keep in mind that there are certain restrictions as to what time of year you can add an eligible dependent to your policy. Generally, it would be during your open enrollment for the upcoming year. However, depending upon the reasons why she had to switch from her dad's policy, you might be able to add her before open enrollment...as long as you notify your HR/benefits office right away (I think the deadline is within 30 or 31 days from when the qualifying event occurred).
