Get married. Seriously--I got married when I was 20, and my insurance went to the 25 and above rate. (Of course they gave it to me 5 years early since I was married and got no further discounts when I turned 25.) |

There's a safe driver course that's offered around - at least in NY - for people who have points on their license, etc. If you take that course, you get a certificate and you turn it in you get like 10% or 20% off your insurance. Call your local DMV or insurance agent for the details in your area. |

See if your state offers Devensive Driving classes. This will give you a percentage off of your insurance. It's a boring class, but worth it if you are looking to save $$. |
