If the case is in India, hospital does all funeral programm themselves after waiting for few days to collect the body. As long as the bills are concerned they are shown as bad debts. India is country of humanity. |

Then the hospital puts a lien on your bank accounts and your house, which the state will sell, to get their money.
And if you have no bank accounts or assets of any kind, the hospital gets stuck with no one paying, which is why so many hospitals have shut down in the past ten years. |
