If you're looking for a career in insurance why not cater to all of your potential customers needs? Become an independent broker and do more than sell home/life/auto.
Where will State Farm or Allstate be when your mother passes away and you need to insure her now vacant home? They won't be there and you'll be scrathing your head as to where to turn...
Plus, the really good commissions come from commercial risks and SF, Allstate and the like just can't compete with an independent broker on those grounds. |
