juicygirl. | What insurance would cover a trampoline accident? |
|

Homeowners insurance if it was at someone's house. If it was a tenant, possibly the landlord's liability for allowing a trampoline on premises. But, a tenants policy would be primary. There should be medical payments on the policy for medical bills but it is very limited.
This would NOT cover a resident of the household. They would have to have medical insurance for that.
Also, if a claim for a trampoline accident is filed, I can about guaranty the insurance company will nonrenew the policy & the homeowners will have a hard time finding other coverage.
Trampolines are VERY dangerous & most companies will not insure anyone that has one. If people have a trampoline & have homeowners insurance, then the company does NOT know about it. |

If a non-family member were injured on the trampoline in your yard, your homeowner's policy would protect you from the liability involved. If your own child were injured, your medical insurance policy would be available and your homeowner's policy wouldn't cover. |

Your homeowners policy, if the injured person is NOT a household member, and you don't have a trampoline exclusion on your policy. If they're a household member, then your HEALTH insurance policy.
And a homeowners policy will only cover it ONCE, then they'll cancel you. And you won't find someone willing to write you a new policy, once they've paid out on a trampoline liability claim. |

Is the trampoline at someones house? If so it would be house insurance. If it is at a park or something, it'll be their insurance. |
