Be VERY careful. Recently there has been an increase in scams where "helpful Samaritans" come in, have the person sign over the deed so they can make their payment now to the rescuer. Then, usually, the rescuer defaults, sells out from under them..... the details of the scam will vary. Go to

I have never heard of that. You might find a private party that would do that, it sounds like a very good deal for the buyer. Just place an ad, and contact a lawyer. You will get bites on that one. |
