thalapathi | When customer say am not interest ?? |
after you furnished your detail about your product which has to be sold out |

and what exactly is the question?
this is a statement sort of.
If the question is "what should I do", the answer is, go somewhere else and find someone who is interested. Because if you try to pressure sell me something, you'll get a whole lot of rude and a lot of your time wasted by listening to me complain. |

If someone tells you they're not interested, it means exactly that, quite badgering them and move onto the next person. There's nothing I can't stand more than pushy salesmen! |

Don't harass them! |

Move on to the next one. You can't worry about every customer. Normally, out of every 10 you approach, 1 will be interested. YOu just have to work on your pitch to try to get more people interested.
Not only do you have to sell the product, you have to sell yourself, as well. You have to seem interestd in it , too. |

They are not a customer until the product has been purchased. Before that they are just a prospective customer, thus the word prospect |

There are two theories about what you do at that point.
The "New Jersey" school of sales manager says that's when the selling job begins. You have to *make* the customer interested in the product. If your boss is a member of the New Jersey school, he should be able to tell you where you can buy brass knuckles.
The enlightened sales manager will point out that you owe it to your customer to make sure he understands the benefits of the product - but that you owe it to yourself to keep the customer as a customer. There are 5 billion people on this planet, and assuming that the product *does* benefit the customer, it's easier to run into sales than it is to run away from them.
If the product *has* to be sold out, and nobody is buying, it's because the product sucks, or the price is exorbitant. In that case, you need to find a new product to sell.
Just kidding:
If there is *anyone* who would appreciate the product, wouldn't it be the boss's wife? Aggressively pitch the product, leaning harder and harder on her, until she gives in and buys the last of the product. |

It means that you have to sell it out to another customer because the customer to whom you furnished your detail will not buy it from you. |

Do you actually expect to sell to every person you talk with? |

YOU USED THE WRONG SALES PITCH. ARE YOU EVEN SURE THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS LOOKING FOR THAT KIND OF PRODUCT? |
|

Suko

Sorry you have to go through this but people really DO NOT like sales people what-so-ever. For the most part its not you, it is the fact that you are selling them something that they never asked for. People do not appreciate another telling them what they need or what will be better for them, especially when they do not know the other.
Good luck though!
p.s. I would just find another job hon. |
