They have several companies to choose from and they will put you with the company that suits you best.
Finding one in the yellow pages is pretty easy - Under Insurance: they don't have a captive name.. like Allstate or Nationwide... they will have a name that is not affiliated with any specific company...for example: Anchor or Awake Agency (our local buddies) or possibly a family's name

You need a new agent. There is no reason that you can't get insurance on a sporty car assuming you have a valid drivers license. Be prepared to pay a higher premium than you would than you would for a "ho hum" car but hey when your 20 years old it very well might be worth it.
Call an independent agent. They represent more than one company so they can choose the company with the best rates for you.

Of course you can get insured at under 21, you just don't want to pay the huge premiums! Progressive will insure you, and so will Infinity Leader.
