Well, I guess you could always request state aid (welfare).
Honestly, if you need insurance, any company will give you a free quote on premiums (cost). Or you could also try those health discount cards. It might not be insurance but at least you wouldn't have to pay the high prices. |

You can't get "free" insurance. Even welfare insurance - Medicaid - is paid for by the working people.
Dental, I've never seen a plan that pays out more than it takes in.
Your best bet, is to get your health insurance through an employer. That's cheapest, too, because they kick in some. |
