Which car insurer will insure 5 people from my family on 1 policy?
ive seen an advert on tv that says they have a new policy which lets tou insure 5 family members each with there own car on one insurance policy
I don't know of anyone that does that unless all the cars are registered to the same person and the family members are all living at the same address.

Most Car Insurance is per Vehicle - and is only issued to the vehicle owner.
Other drivers can be added as 'named drivers', however they do not (normally) 'earn' any no-claims discount - and if a claim is made it is the main drivers no-claims discount that is affected, even if it was a named driver who had the accident.
The only 'multiple car / multiple drivers' Policies I have ever come across are aimed at the Business etc.

It's probably First Direct. Although you should be able to put a number of people on a car policy anyway, especially if they're all members of the same family.
