Auto insurance rates are determined by the coverages you buy, your age and sex, the age and make/model of the car you drive, your personal driving record and the accident rates in your home zip code more than anything else. So, its impossible to answer this question with any certainty or precision.
Choice of company should only cause a small variance in your rates from company to company. Although underwriters do sometimes vary, which is why you can go to the same company multiple times with the same factors and come up with some different rates.
A company that I have had a great deal of luck with in terms of auto insurance rates is Geico. |

I use progressive, i have full coverage every inclusion possible, and I pay $96 a month. BTW my husband is under 25 and this usually raises the rate. Plus they're very flexible with billing issues. |

I would recommend checking out the California Department of Insurance. They offer a service that compares 50+ companies based on either basic liability or standard coverage(full).

Also noteworthy, is the fact that this is provided by the goverment entity that actually regulates these companies and not some broker/website you'll find in any search engine.
Based on my experience though, Wawanessa offers the lowest auto insurance prices bar none in Ca. They dont have agents and will only insure your vehicle but, do at least have year long policies for their super low-priced insurance.
I'll concede this even though I work for a competing company! Good luck! |
