Who can you talk to when you have received treatment and cannot afford to pay the bill of $1500.no insurance?
You will want to talk with the doctor or hospital that provided the service. Most will work out a payment plan for you so you'll pay a little each month or each payday. They may also reduce the cost of service if you ask.

talk to the accounting dept. and tell them you need to make monthly payments

Most hospitals have payment assistance programs available. Just call in an ask. You'll be surprised how much they can help you.
If this was with a private Dr.'s office, they sometimes let you make payments at a reduced price.
Have you tried for medical assistance. This is also an option. Though most people are to proud to apply.

You talk to your church, and your friends and family members, and see if they're willing to contribute to your bill.
You can ALSO get a second job, and pay it off that way. Flipping burgers would do it, inside two months.

It's hard to tell you without more details. Was the treatment done at a regular doctor's office...an ER? You will want to talk to billing in either of these departments. Explain the situation and sometimes they will reduce the amount owed. You may want to see if you qualify for state assistance where you live as well. Good luck!
