I think it depends... Some FedExers I know have Cigna, some have United Healthcare, some have Aetna. I don't know if it's determined by your job - i.e. drivers - or if you pick.

Depending on where you are located, FedEx has several options. In NJ they use Cigna and you can chose an HMO or the PPO (excellent coverage). Dental is Metlife and Vision is Davis Vision. (The dental is pretty good, the vision is lousy if you don't use their doctors but it's definately better than no coverage!)
