I think that they must be taking pity on you since it is very easy money.
However, if you were serious, I would have to agree with you - why ever would someone not be prepared to accept such an insurance risk for an agreed premium?
Perhaps it is not permissible under the terms of the Financial Services Act, so the nanny state is protecting you from yourself - booooh! |
