You answered your own question. They denied you because you had an issue (dizzy) and did not obtain a final assessment of what went wrong. It went away isn't a good enough reason. You have an issue that you haven't figured out. Why would the insurance company want to take on that risk? They want to know what you had.... in case it's dormant right now and may surface again. YOU should want that too. Follow-up. |

Sounds to me like there was something stated in your visit and you needed to do a followup on it and did not do that. Call the doctor and ask them if there is any reason why you should be denied. Then call your insurance agent or whomever you are trying to secure ins. with and ASK them what the reasoning is for the denial. |

You were denied because you have an unresolved issue, and that issue is an unknown risk. Unless this is resolved you might have to wait a while, like 6 months or a year without having another episode.

Tha same thing hapend to me, im a very healthy 24 year old men, but the first time i apply for helth isurance i was deny and i was notify of that by mail, but the funy think is that 2 months after that my employer ask me if i wanted to be on the health insurance plan the company provides to the employs, so i say yes, but that i was diny once because of some lab test that the insurance required, so he say that it was not a problem to try again so i wen back to the lab get another test and i was aproved, so that made me go back to the first lab where i went with the results of the 2nd lab i use to get the helth insurance on my job. so they say that they dont know why the tests wich are the same came diferent, so, this proves to me that sometimes the labs do not do a good job and so the test does not come out acurate, and without acurate info the insurance companies will not take any chances.
I think you shut do the same, go to another lab and get the same test you did the first time and see if it comes diferent, so of course you still need to go to the first lab to get a copy of the results, is your right to have a copuy of it, |

did the insurance company take lab work - or did your doctor. You have a right to know specifically what was found in the lab work. Call the insurance company and ask them how you must submit a request for this information. Sometimes you have to formally request it in writing. |
