Yes, you may have a discount on you're policy for having more than one car insured but you pay for each car, no two for one deals |

Like others have said, your insurance WILL go up if you add ANY vehicle to your policy. If you're trading in another vehicle for the Monte Carlo, it depends. It depends on what the other vehicle was. Chances are, since a Monte Carlo SS is classified as a sports car becuase of the V8 engine, it will cost more than your other vehicle. |

if you have geico, they allow you to check the price before you add a car on their online site.
Otherwise, it probably will go up, but it depends on a lot of information on who high it goes. (New, new driver, how much you drive it, your zip code, i.e.) |

It depends. Are you taking another car off the policy? then it depends on what kind that was. It depends on whether you are get full coverage on it. I see others has directed you to where to get a quote that is the best thing to do to find out for sure.Make sure you take all the discounts allowable. If you are a student with a certain GPA (grade point average) you might get a discount. All kinds of safety features in the car will get you discounts. If you are over a certain age there might be a safe driver course discount .I think that is for Sr. citizens. If you are adding this as an extra car you might be able to get a multi-car discount so you really can't guess. |
