It's called Medicaid and it's been here for years. |

U already have medical care available that you do not have to pay for.. U can walk into any emergency room and get treatment. Federal law says they have to treat you. If you are permanently poor, go apply for Medicaid. It is healthcare for the poor paid for by taxpayers. If your income is low you will have no problem qualifying.
As to FREE... there is no such thing. |

What you need to do is get a 'Referendum Petition' together and collect signatures so the Government will have to listen to the citizens of the United States of America on this issue.
Civilized countries, should at least have a free or 'subsidized' health care system for their citizens, who should be the governments first priority. Its just what decent, responsible governments do. Look after their own people first.
There are most probably more people dying through lack of access to good health care in the USA, than there are in wars. |

Who is going to pay for this "free" medical? We do need "affordable" coverage, but "there ain't no free lunch." |

We already have free Medi-Cal to those people that are low income and qualify for it.
But there are plenty and that do not qualify and cheat and get it anyways. But yes you have to be low income to qualify. Just walk into any welfare office. |

It's so funny how everyone wants everything to be free. Not haha funny but its funny because people get theirselves in debt then get more stuff they don't need and try their hardest to get things free...that is how the US has grown up now...it's pitiful! I understand about poor people and not having the money but I think having it free will cause more problems. The government will probably get another way to suck the money out of us for our free medical. I really doubt it happens and if it does...just watch...I bet they will yank up the price of gasoline or something else! |

Not only in USA but by the all governemntrs on the globe , there should be free medical aid, specially when the victim is having no means to afford , life saving medical facility should be made available to all persons /citizens free of costs, , for it would be bounden duty of the rulers to provide such facility irrespectivave of political faith or teritorial allegience, health security is by no means inferrior to the personal security |
