They should continue any medical benefits, HOWEVER, you won't be paid lost wages for time you miss at work, if you've quit your job. Also, you'll need to talk to your adjuster about finding someone in network at the new location, if applicable.

As long as you were working at the place when the accident happened anything releated to that accident is work comp wether you leave your job or not.

I would get a lawyer if they don't pay and all your medical bills are from that accident.

You have coverage under the WC policy for medical services until you are released as being "cured."

Depends on state jurisdiction. You will likely keep the medical benefits, but you may become ineligible for wage loss after the move. You should communicate this with your claim representative, so that there is no appearance of job abandonment.

If you are still hurt yes the company is responsible for the workers comp. You can't go get another job or you will lose workers comp.

Dont tell them my bud who is on it says you will be droped

Just like a car accident. What matters is were you covered when the accident happenend. Workers' comp is not cancelled on the day you were injured because you work at a new place. Remember, people get so hurt, they NEVER return to the workplace and they still are compensated.

If your boss hit you with the door, the company's liability policy should pay, not workers comp.
