If you suffered a permament loss to a body part, thumb,arm, eye, etc you get the picture, there are settlement figures pertaining to such losses. If your loss involves a total loss from occupational diseases, then this may involve your securing an attorney, as these cases are more complex. If you have a temporary disability from work injuries, then you may only receive an award of certain amount of money for time out of work. |

This is such a odd question, there is not much info regarding what exactly your looking for and what is going on.
So I'll put this in a nutshell, to figure out your settlement you'll need a rating from a doctor pertaining to your body part that was injured, or lost. Does the claimant qualify for vocational rehab? How much time has the claimant lost? What is the current rating? Has the worker been released back to work yet?
These are all questions that is involved in settlement issues. Without much info to go with, it tough to know what your exactly asking. |
