Hi, I sold a ps3 on eBay and used USPS ( United States Postal Service ). the value i sold it for was $232 shipping which was $15. i added insurance which was $4.70 i believe. okay so i sold it in great condition, the box was great, everything was wrapped up inside, everything was just neat. 3 days after shipping it the buyer contacts me saying the package was damaged and send me pictures of the damaged ps3. he opened up a case on eBay saying the item he received does not match the description. i told him to open up a case because i want this whole issue to get resolved in a fair matter. well pay pal withdraw-ed the money he send me temporary until the problem gets resolved. i' am going to call USPS tomorrow but..

If you have insurance, you should immediately call them and tell. usually if a damaged package was delivered to a customer, usps would have noted the condition of the package in delivery slip.If it was delivered w/o any damage, then your buyer will lose money. Please talk to the carrier
