here's the situation this happened last year 2010- my son had been working part time for this company for a while and finally got the full time position! he was about to start his job as a full timer in the same co. on monday, when he got into an accident saturday which was april 17th, he went for surgery etc. etc. after all of the hospitalization and everything, we went to talk to human resources, they said we can change his insurance for a better one, and that it will be effective the same day april 17th! which we did, from aetna to keystone, and mind you, the most expensive one, to make sure everything will be taken care of!! after a month all the bills came to us, aetna dont want to pay for it, because they no longer cover my son's insurance and keystone dont want to pay for it, because the coverage on their information list starts on may 1!!! we called keystone, they kept saying they will change the effective date, which we kept believing!! but until now, that my son no longer works there, bills still keeps coming, because aetna keeps taking back their money and keystone never change the effective date for my son's insurance!!! WE CALLED THEM SO MANY TIMES, I LOST COUNT ALREADY!! now nobody wants to pay for it! so are we gonna end up paying for all these bills??? pls help, if someone can give me some ideas about this situation, I WILL APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH!!
