Not sure if this is what you are asking, but I use Ebates to save 3% on all my Ebay purchases. Also you qualify for Ebay Bucks, then add 2 more percent (for a total of 5% off all Ebay purchases). Im not sure that Ebay offers general coupons anymore. However, getting 5% off an unlimited amount of times beats a one time coupon for 10% off (at least the way I look at it).
